Nick
Founder & Principal Owner's Representative
Nick brings extensive hands-on experience in Colorado construction management, including leadership roles overseeing complex multifamily building projects. His background spans field operations, construction sequencing, trade coordination, quality control, and resolving challenging issues between project teams.
With a Class A General Contractor license and practical experience interpreting construction drawings, monitoring schedules, and addressing construction deficiencies, Nick offers homeowners an informed perspective on how projects are planned and executed.
